Community Garage Sale Friday & Saturday, March 26 & 27 7 AM - 3 PM
The VVL community-wide garage sale is set for March 26 & 27. Participants may register by e-mail at
. Registration deadline is Monday, March 15 by noon. A list of the sale locations will be compiled. This list will be available to residents after noon on Monday, March 22 online at http://www.valvistalakes.org/ and at the front desk of the clubhouse. If you want to be on the list, you must submit your name, address and main cross streets. Please include a telephone number where we may reach you when you submit your information. WE WILL NOT PUBLISH THIS NUMBER. WE NEED IT IN CASE WE HAVE QUESTIONS.
When you submit your name and address for the list, you may name up to three items that you will be offering. For example, you may want to list children's clothing, tools, and baby furniture.
The sale will be promoted by a main banner at Val Vista and Lakeside Drive. Additional banners (4) will be placed at select main road entrances. You will want to post specific directional signs leading to your home. (Don't forget to take them down!) Bargain hunters, get ready!

It's never to early to start drafting plans for your sand "masterpiece". Bring the family, shovels, buckets, cups and any other secret ingredients to build a sandcastle winner.

Our annual lighted boat parade is one you will not want to miss. This event grows brighter and more spectacular each year. Join us on shore at the clubhouse for a movie, cookie decorating, and firepits on the beach (don't forget to bring your marshmallows). Viewing available at the clubhouse and on the bridge on Lakeside Drive.
